Chef Rich Popovic is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and has spent the past 37 years honing his skills throughout the East Coast and Southern United States. He attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, where he earned degrees in both Culinary Arts and Food Services Management. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Technology. Chef Rich’s resume offers a wide array of experiences including Fine-Dining restaurants, high-volume Corporate Chains, Country Clubs, Hotels and Educational Facilities. Most recently, he helped build the CTE Culinary Arts program in nearby FBISD and has also contributed as an Adjunct Chef-Instructor for The Culinary Institute Le Notre, where he ultimately served as the Academic Manager. Chef Rich is always excited to share his experiences with Colleagues, Clients and Students alike. It is his ongoing mission to enrich lives and foster positive growth through his love for Food and Hospitality.
